Very comfortable place to stay
Oct 27, 2025I stayed with Ann for a full year in the smallest room and basically had the hall bathroom to myself. She was a very gracious host and was very helpful and accommodating. There was plenty of room in the closet for my hanging clothes and to store my luggage, but I used it more to keep my cat's litter box. When I had trouble sleeping, she even provided a whole new bed and mattress that was much more comfortable. My cat and I had a wonderful stay.
For the first month or so, I had the entire house to myself. By the end of my stay, I had 2 other housemates who were also healthcare travelers at Genesis, and we all became very good friends. We shared the kitchen and had meals together about once a week. We didn't have locks on the bedroom doors but we got lucky and didn't have to worry about it. Our roomie in the basement had 2 dogs who alerted us to anyone coming into the house. All in all, it was a really nice experience.Carrie R

The landlord was friendly and welcoming.The place is stocked with basic kitchen equipment and linen which was nice. The washer and dryer are newly purchased which is wonderful that they work so great. The 15 -minute drive to Genesis hospital was easy and the roads were well paved in the winter. The shower gets hot which is lovely.Jamie

Nice placeNice place to stay and rest your head. A is a very nice lady and if you have any concerns she addresses them immediately. She even let me keep my Harley in her garage. I would stay again.Lorraine S

Wonderful property and hostMy furbabies and I stayed here while I was working at Genesis Perry County and Genesis Coshocton. Ann is a wonderful landlady who quickly became a friend, as did my other two housemates. The unit is three rooms: Bedroom/living room, kitchen and bathroom, with a separate shared laundry room. It is a travelers dream.Karen
